Ronald Nelson to Present ‘Kansas Domestic Relations and Uniform Laws Update’

Ronald W. Nelson will present a 2-hour seminar on September 30, 2011 from 11:30 am until 1:15 pm in Wichita, Kansas, on the Recodification of Kansas Domestic Relations laws and Kansas Uniform Family Laws (including the Uniform Interstate Family Support Act (UIFSA), Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction and Enforcement Act (UCCJEA), and Uniform Child Abduction Prevention Act (UCAPA).
