Jordan Morton is an associate attorney at Ronald W. Nelson, PA in Overland Park, KS. She graduated from McKendree University in 2019 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Minors in Legal Studies and Social Work. She graduated from Washburn University School of Law with Certificates in Family Law and Advocacy. While at Washburn Law, Jordan was an active member of the Children and Family Law Center, Pro Bono Society, and Phi Alpha Delta Legal Fraternity International. She also served as a Washburn Law Admissions Ambassador and tour guide.

Before joining Ronald W. Nelson, PA, as an associate attorney, Jordan worked as a Legal Intern with Ronald W. Nelson, PA and with Kansas Legal Services assisting with a variety family law and domestic violence issues, and the Washburn Law Clinic where she and her partner received the Irvine E. Ungerman Award for Excellence in Clinical Practice for their work as part of the Family Justice and Immigration Clinic. While in law school, Jordan served as a CASA volunteer and as an officer in numerous student organizations. Before law school, she was a four year member of the Women’s Basketball Team at McKendree University.

Jordan is engaged in civil family law practice. She is admitted to practice law before all trial and appellate courts in Kansas as well as the federal courts in Kansas. She is a member of the Johnson County Bar Association, the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts, the Kansas Bar Association (Member, Family Law Section), and the American Bar Association (Member, Family Law Section).
