*The only changes made to the 2025 Kansas Child Support Guidelines in Revision #3 are references to 2025HB2062, which allows for the collection of child support arrearages from the Obligor’s retirement plans and accounts (one time) and the imposition of “pre-birth child support” for fetuses.
