These forms on its website for those wishing to file a very simple divorce proceeding without the assistance of attorneys. We recommend this resource for those who have no disputes at all and know the serious risks of self-representation. Married persons who have any disputes or who do not completely understand their rights to property division and support should not use these forms.

Standard Temporary Order Forms (Johnson County, Kansas)

The Johnson County, Kansas District Court (Family Court Department) has adopted standard forms for temporary orders. These forms must be used as the basis for any temporary orders requested. Additional orders from those included may be requested, but any such orders must be prepared according to Kansas statutes and presented to the court in a proper manner.
